Free Beer Tasting - Shmaltz Brewing

Join us for our weekly beer tasting this week. We will be featuring Shmaltz Brewing Co. and their Coney Island line of beers.

Shmaltz Brewing Company was founded in 1996, brewers of Coney Island beers in New York and He’Brew beers in California.

On the tasting table Wednesday:

Coney Island Lager – Step right up and witness the delectable alchemy of malts, hops, and czech pilsner yeast. Better than a carnival prize. 5.5% abv.

Coney Island Sword Swallower – Steel Hop Lager: A stunning spectacle of delicate balance. 8 hops and 4 luscious malts provide a scintillating brewing performance. 6.8% abv.

He’brew Rejewvenation – A doppelbock brewed with lager yeast, Belgian Trappist ale yeast, and Belgian abbey ale yeast. 7.8% abv.

He’brew Bittersweet Lenny’s R.I.P.A. – (Rye IPA) Brewed with an enormous amount of hops and malts. Shocking flavors far beyond contemporary community standards. 10% abv.
